- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and product stakeholders
- Write clean, well-documented, testable code
- Help debug, troubleshoot, and improve performance
- Participate in regular code reviews and team standups
- Learn and adapt quickly in a startup-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (college or university) in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, or a related field
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Basic familiarity with Git, version control, and modern development tools
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working independently or in a team
- Curious, self-motivated, and open to feedback
- Must be based in the Toronto / GTA area and able to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as needed
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- Experience with React, Node.js, or mobile development
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, or cloud services
- Interest in healthcare, accessibility, or human-centered design
What We Offer
- Hands-on experience building something with social impact
- Direct access to mentors and decision-makers
- A collaborative, supportive team that values your growth
- The potential for financial incentives and full-time employment based on performance and fit
- Flexible working hours and location
