- Help develop design specifications, visual documentation, and iteration plans
- Translate user needs into clear, usable, and attractive design concepts
- Contribute to testing, validation, and refinement of both digital and physical elements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline
- Creative thinker with solid visual and interaction design skills
- Proficient in design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, CAD tools)
- Ability to present ideas visually and verbally
- Must be based in the Toronto / GTA area and able to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as needed
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- Familiarity with prototyping tools or 3D modeling
- Experience designing for older adults or accessibility needs
- Background in service design, healthcare, or human-centered design
What We Offer
- A chance to work on meaningful, human-focused products
- A small, passionate team that values your voice
- Mentorship, collaboration, and visible impact
- The potential for financial incentives and full-time employment based on performance and fit
- Flexible working conditions
